Releasing into Readiness We will work with releasing unnecessary tension/holding to increase our ability to respond quickly and effectively as we improvise. Time will also be spent exploring the differences and similarities between the joints of the lower and upper body and how they can serve us as we change levels.

The floor is your first partner. In this session we continue to develop a dymanic relationship with the floor and how to receive it and leave it for flight.
