We will spend time being with the breath to support deep listening to ourselves and our partners. From here we will turn our attention toward our skeletons, clarifying the ability to feel the ground through our own and partner’s bodies so that communication can be clear and weight can be shared with ease.

Working with the fluid nature of the body we will experience how this as a deep support for body integration, flow and use of momentum. We use momentum to create more ease in dancing and opportunities to experience the joy of falling and flying.
